Return Eligibility

ForgeLine3D handles return requests on a case-by-case basis. Because many products are made to order, customized, or produced in limited batches, not every purchase is eligible for return. If there is a problem with your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details about the issue.

To help us review a return or refund request quickly, include clear photos if the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective. Approved solutions may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the issue and product condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, notify ForgeLine3D promptly after delivery. Please include your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label when possible.

We will review the issue and work to make it right. Depending on the situation, we may issue a replacement item, exchange, refund, or other resolution that best matches the order problem.

Important Limitations

Non-Returnable Items

Custom orders, personalized products, used items, and products returned in altered or damaged condition may not qualify for return or refund. Items that show misuse, improper installation, modification, or damage after delivery may also be excluded from return eligibility.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, contact ForgeLine3D before sending anything back. Random surprise returns are a fantastic way to slow everything down, and we both deserve better than that.

Refund Details

Once an approved return or order issue has been reviewed, any applicable refund will be processed back through the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times can vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed error, damage, or defect. If a replacement or exchange is approved instead of a refund, we will provide the next steps directly.
