Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of order confirmation. During high-volume periods this may extend to 7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Custom build orders ship once the project is complete. Timelines for custom builds are established at the time of quote and confirmed before production begins.
We ship via USPS and UPS depending on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Carrier selection is at our discretion based on what delivers your order fastest and most reliably.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Allow 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system after you receive the confirmation email.
We ship to all 50 U.S. states including Alaska and Hawaii. APO/FPO addresses are supported via USPS. Estimated transit times after shipment:
We currently ship primarily within the United States. International orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us before placing an international order to confirm we can ship to your location and get an accurate shipping quote.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees applicable in their country.
Shipping for custom builds is calculated and confirmed at time of quote. Custom orders are shipped via the method best suited to the package dimensions and timeline, and the cost is included in the final quote.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
