ForgeLine3D Returns & Refunds Policy

At ForgeLine3D, we take pride in producing high-quality 3D printed products. Because each item is made to order, our return and refund process is designed to be clear and fair to both our customers and our business.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging.
Certain products (custom 3D prints, personalized orders) may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly noted on the product page.

Digital design files or downloads
Gift cards
Custom or personalized products (unless defective/damaged upon arrival)
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at Brian@forgeline3d.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
