Foam Buster V2

If your foam tire prep workflow is less repeatable than it should be, the R/C Forge Foam Buster V2 gives you a purpose-built bench tool to fix that.

This is a 3D printed RC tire prep tool designed to help break in and prep foam tires in a cleaner, more controlled way. Built from ASA with dual-texture rollers, smooth 605 bearings, and 1 inch roller spacing, it handles most standard foam tire widths without asking you to rig something together. Put it on the bench, run your tires, get consistent results.

The V2 update keeps the proven core design of the original Foam Buster and adds refined side styling plus enclosed screws — so the tool doesn’t snag or catch on nearby items during bench use or when set aside between sessions. At approximately 4.5 in x 3.5 in, it has a small enough footprint that it fits anywhere on the bench without getting in the way.
